CAAs
Develop an organizational and management framework for a fully functional and self-sustaining CAA and its associated implementation strategy
Development of Primary Civil Aviation Law/CAA Act in accordance with national legislative framework
Civil Aviation Regulations , Guidance material and Procedures
Establishment of a fully functional CAA organizational structure
Support State in the process of delivering certificates/approvals/authorizations and exercising States’ responsibilities of continuous safety oversight functions
